A newly refurbished studio apartment located on the Camps Bay beachfront, close to the Camps Bay strip of restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the notorious Clifton beaches. The apartment has an open plan bedroom, lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with a private outside patio with dining table & chairs, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue. The studio also has private access from the beachfront directly up to the apartment. Access is from Victoria Road, with a private entrance with stairs up onto the private patio overlooking the ocean. Street parking is available on Victoria Road and adjacent side streets nearby. I am available to assist guests however I can to make there stay more comfortable. Camps Bay is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in Cape Town with views of the 12 Apostles and the beach. The property has easy pedestrian access to Victoria Road and is less than a minute's walk from many restaurants and bars. You can walk anywhere in Camps Bay. Uber is very reliable in Cape Town. My Citi bus is a reliable bus service with links to the City, Seapoint and Hout Bay. There is a staircase which has direct access to the beach road. The studio is perfect for a couple or single person and has a private patio overlooking the ocean.

This self-catering, beach facing home is spread over two stories and 185 square meters. The home is equipped with a beautiful covered deck with uninterrupted views of the crystal blue waters of False Bay. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities with a washing machine, air-conditioning in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Guests have full run of the entire property. I love entertaining and sharing my home. I will ensure that there is someone to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. This will either be me or my son Troy. Gordons Bay is a picturesque seaside village situated between beautiful mountain ranges and the famous False Bay coast. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs. It's an easy drive to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, and the Cape Winelands. Daily maid service is provided every 2nd day of your stay (excludes Sunday and public holidays).

Guests are advised to make use of car rental/uber for longer trips in and out of Gordon’s Bay, but may also enjoy walking or cycling exploring the village. Bicycles can be rented on main beach.
