Two bedrooms and also a unique office in a converted attic, ideal for any business man or woman. I must stress and inform to all guests that the steps to the attic / office are tall and with no barrier as you exit the steps. Children must be kept away from these steps, all other persons must take care also. Sky TV on a Smart TV so Netflix, YouTube etc is available.

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.
