River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

E' ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in totale relax e ama vivere la natura.Ha disposizione un cortile esterno e un giardino privato ,lettini per prendere il sole, terrazzo panoramico , doccia esterna con acqua calda , wi-fi e barbecue. Il parcheggio è gratuito .

Il Poderone è una tipica casa colonica umbra dell'800 costruita in pietra locale lacustre, ristrutturata nel rispetto dello spirito originario dalla proprietaria, Giuseppina, che abita uno degli appartamenti. Agli ospiti sono dedicati gli altri appartamenti della casa, tutti dotati di cucina/soggiorno, camere, bagno. E’ situato a 50 metri dalle spiagge ed a 500 metri dal paese di S.Feliciano, in posizione strategica per fare visita ai più bei centri della Toscana e dell'Umbria.
