Beautiful Beach House with a Stunning Sea View

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Unikt boende med sjötomt egen brygga nära stan.

(See below for info in English) Egendesignad villa på ön Storholmen i Stockholms skärgård, 25 min resa med SL-båt från Ropsten eller 5 min från Mor Annas Brygga, Lidingö. Tre hus ingår, varav ett stort (60 kvm bottenyta, tre plan) med kök och porslin för 12 personer. Vardagsrum med kamin och "bio" (projektor och högtalare) Fyra sovrum med sju vanliga sängar (2+2+1+1+1). Huset har dock totalt 11 bäddar varav två utdragssoffor. Fyra toaletter, tre duschar, tvätt- och diskmaskin, WiFi.

Fint hus i vacker natur

På en stor solig tomt full av fruktträd finns detta nyrenoverade hus. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu, pingisbord och gäststuga.

Familjevänligt område. Nyproduktion från maj 2021, vi är de första som bor i lägenheten. Ligger i fina Mariehäll, Sundbyberg. Lägenheten ligger på 1:a av 12 våningar. Lugnt och härligt område med närhet till natur och butiker. Lägenheten är ljus och med öppen planlösning. I lägenheten finns både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. 15 minuters gångväg till Bromma blocks och Bromma flygplats. Tvättstuga finns i huset och förråd finns i lägenheten.
