Spacious apart very close to the center. Brand new building. 8 floor accessible by elevator and stairs. Big terrace with fabulous sunsets during dinner. Suitable for families and long stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Large living and bedrooms with two king size beds and two additional sofa beds. It's very bright because of the large windows. Near the water park and swimming pool Vazrazhdane. Also Mall of Sofia and other shops, cafes etc. For other information or advice do not hesitate to ask me.

Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.

Stylish 1-bed in the heart of Sofia

A walking distance from everything worth seeing & doing downtown! Extra roomy for 2 & very comfy for 3 guests, bright & quiet. Fast internet, a swimming pool and gyms nearby, 2 parks across the road, the Vitosha mountains within view - this is a great place to explore, work or chill out! We do things in person (still) so expect to meet me or my mum at your arrival. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accommodate arrivals after 8pm. However we are happy to let you check out late - by 5pm!

Our apartment is in the absolute top city center. From the terrace you have a breathtaking panoramic view over the city and towards Vitosha mountain. It is 9min walking distance from Serdika metro station, connection with Terminal 2, and 2min from the main city movida, Vitosha blvd. Right in front you have one of the best cocktail bars in Sofia as well as a great restaurant district. All main sightseeing locations are in 1km radius. Last floor so must climb the stairs, no elevator!
