Situated on family run farm of 10 acres. The Cowshed offers all the luxuries for a romantic stay in Suffolk. A spacious bathroom with shower and bath and the added luxury of heated mirror and towel rail. The bedroom has a super king size bed with luxury, professionally laundered linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a coffee machine. The open plan living area has a log burner creating a warm and comfortable place to relax. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.
