Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

The Estate comprises one hundred acres of pristine Australian native bushland, farmland and private accommodation with mountain and ocean views. You are spoilt for choice as you are connected to the wider Shoalhaven region - within 5 minutes you are in the historic town of Berry, a scenic 15 minutes to Kangaroo Valley and a short 15 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The house caters for 6 adults and 4 children.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Beautiful north facing comfortable cottage set on 5 acres, walking distance to Berry. Up to three persons and pet friendly. Quite, convenient, views and a bottle of wine included. Guests can play tennis or have a BBQ. Min two night bookings . School holidays and public holidays/long weekends are charged at the weekend night rate. If additional guests than booked including children arrive you will be billed the extra person fee per night .
