The Stables @ Kookaburra House

‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Breakfast staples are provided.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. We now accept friendly well mannered dogs for a fee and by negotiation only. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

This purpose built 3 bedroom cottage is nestled in the foothills of the south coast only 5 minutes fro, Gerringong, where some of the most breathtaking hikes and views meet some of the worlds most spectacular beaches. (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
