This charming home is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across the street. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Cottage is great for families (with kids) big groups. Need more room? This is a beautiful 3 beds room 2.5 bath beach side charm that sleeps 6 comfortably! Just a short walk to the worlds most pristine beaches, or a short walk to the lake access where you can fish off the pier and both are within 150 yards approximately. Also, you can walk/bike to shops, dinning and live music of Rosemary Beach. Also you can drive 4 minute down to Camp Helen State park where you can jet ski, rent kayaks, and canoes, and go to lake or gulf on them.

Gone To The Beach - Fabulous Beach House on 30A

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).

You cannot go wrong with this house. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. It is a short walk (approx 5 mins). Located on the quieter west end of the beach. This is the part of the beach families want to be in. Free parking.
