On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. With the ocean steps outside your door, be prepared to indulge in many hours of fishing, swimming, and tanning on the beach or head to the bayside, 2 blocks away, for crabbing, kayaking and other water sports. The open layout is perfect for families and groups of friends alike. The back porch is the ideal spot for drinking coffee in the morning or sharing a drink at night. 4 beach chairs and 4 tags included!
