Na een slingerpad van bijna 4 km door een soort wildreservaat (SUV of 4x4 aanbevolen) vind je bovenop een berg je complete 'thuis van huis'. Deze lichte knusse lodge op 3 hectare heeft 4 terrassen en uitzicht tot aan Corsica op een heldere dag. Ideaal voor avontuurlijke mensen die houden van rust, natuur en privacy, smart workers in Sardinië en retreats tussen ruige rotsen. Wilde natuur tussen de rotsen, een plek om terug te trekken en op te laden in een originele luxe lodge. De accommodatie is recent gebouwd met moderne materialen maar met gebruik van gerecycleerde elementen, vintage meubelen en architectonisch gedurfde combinaties. 3 Hectare land en de gehele bungalow met omringende tuin en terrassen. Over het algemeen zal de persoonlijke ontvangst door een vriendin gedaan worden, zelf ben ik bereikbaar via whatsapp. Gelegen op 22 km van (lucht)haven en minder dan 10 km van het artistieke San Pantaleo met schattig pleintje, diverse bars, restaurants en winkeltjes. Diverse attracties en de meest prachtige stranden liggen binnen een 1/2 uur bereik, het dichtstbijzijnde bijzondere baaitje op 16 km. Perfecte plek om uit te rusten en relaxen, thuis te komen na excursies of activiteiten, voor singles, stelletjes, huwelijksreizen, vrienden en families maar niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen of behoefte aan vertier Een eigen auto is essentieel en liefst een wat hoger op de wielen stoere wagen vanwege het terrein.

La villa è ben curata in tutti i particolari, il giardino uno splendore con prato verde, siepi e fiori vari. Dispone di una veranda coperta con vista mare, una seconda veranda sul retro. Internamente è costituita da soggiorno cucina con divano letto trasoformabile in letto matrimoniale , 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 cameretta con due letti singoli e un bagno con la doccia. Tutte le stanze escluso il bagno sono climatizzate. All'esterno giardino recintato con doccia in sasso e lavandino in granito.

Un coup de foudre puis une rénovation avec amour pour le detail (mosaïque) pour vous accueillir ici dans notre petit paradis. Situé sur une colline avec vue quasi 360 ° sur la mer et la montagne. Ici vous êtes tranquille, les voisins sont à 1 km. (parfois on entent l'àne) La maison est entourée d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses...et les fameux petits murets en pierres. Vous n'êtes que à 5 min du tumulte touristique!

Beautiful house completely refurbished in 2020. Located a few minutes walk from the wonderful Sardinian coast. In an extremely quiet and peaceful spot, your privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The house can accomodate 4 people. Within 5-15 minutes there are many beaches that can be reached as well as the world famous Tuerreda and its crystal clear waters. The charming town of Teulada can be reached in only ten minutes.
