Welcome and enjoy your stay in our clean, cozy and minimalist home in Sto. Tomas Batangas, home of Padre Pio Shrine! Located in a gated community south of Manila, enjoy the fresh breeze coming from picturesque Mount Makiling. It is within the vicinity of LISP 3 and FPIP, and is strategically close to SLEX Sto. Tomas exit. We have 2 AC rooms and 2 fan rooms that can accomodate up to 7 guests. The kitchen is equipped for basic food preparation. We strive for our guests to have a comfortable stay.

It is very near to shopping mall, restaurant, coffee shop, bar, drug store and hospital. It is 3-5 minutes away to toll gate. This house is a house away from home. Very calm, silent and tidy. You can enjoy your stay here. House is a full package. Netflix, cable, youtube, hot shower, coffee maker, doughnut maker are all inside.

Location is in Ponte Verde de Sto Tomas, Santo Tomas, Batangas. If you need a place to stay for small family gatherings, get-together with friends or a house for company mission, this haven is for you. THIS PLACE IS NOT IDEAL FOR COMMUTE. Tricycle ride are difficult (timing availability is also limited) Solo adventurers, couples, families or group of friends (max of 8) are welcome. Pls consider that the house is 2km away from the highway; commute is not ideal.
