On the quiet west end of the beach in a residential area, away from the heavy tourist area. About 5 miles to Pier Park shopping and restaurants. Cute, comfortable house with two bedrooms, two baths, 3 tv’s! Master bedroom has king bed and attached bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Hall bath is just outside queen BR door. Large living and dining area! Lovely patio with pergola in the fully fenced back yard. A grill for your cookouts! Most dogs allowed with fee. No cats. Minimum age of renters: 25

Sandestin Resort open-concept bright & wide single story duplex condo perfect for 4-6 adults and/or families...will sleep 8 w/sofa sleeper and 1 set of bunkies. Please note 2nd BR has 2 twin EXTRA LONG (80"/same as king) beds with private entrance to 2nd BA. Kitchen has granite and stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator has filtered water which tastes great. Golf cart seats 6 or fold down back seat to cart chairs to beach in provided tub. Condo located in secure area...tons of amenities.
