500 ft from chair 8, and the Gondola, and across the street from the Market, and Petit Maison, this cozy condo is in perhaps the best location in Telluride. Many parks, Restaurants, art, and culture, a stones throw from the front door. This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets),4 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children, 4 - 10 years of age. An inviting place to call home in Colorados most beautiful mountain town! Nestled in the “west end” of the town of Telluride, the best location. The front door opens right up to Cornet creek. Beautiful outdoor area. Located just steps away from Lift 7 ski resort access, the famous “Siam” thai restaurant and “There” bar, although the condo is private and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the gondola and directly across the street from the free town bus stop. Enjoy all Telluride has to offer!

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...
