We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. Newly updated this home is elegant, comfortable, and the perfect place to get away. While staying here you can toss in your fishing line, launch your raft, kayak, SUP, or duckie, gather at the fire pit next to the river, or simply lounge in the hot tub (seats 4-6) or dry sauna (seats 2).

Quiet and private, storage space for bikes, ski gear etc. Large open living with living room/dining room/reading area/kitchen and two bedrooms with spacious bathroom. Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. Fresh farm eggs and coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cream included. Collect your own eggs, if you want!

On a large yard with incredible mountain views, this modern vacation rental is the perfect spot for both work and play. Get some things done at the loft’s desks before hitting the rapids with KODI Rafting, riding ATVs through the trails with Collegiate Peaks Off-Road, or just watching the sun dip behind the mountains from the patio.
