Salon avec TV/Netflix, cuisine full équipée (frigo, four, taque, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, machine à café, bouilloire, presse-fruit, ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles/poêles,..). Contemporary Beach Villa with Pool and Gardens

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.

Die "Villa 4 Elementi" wurde 2022 von 3 Freunden aus Deutschland liebevoll renoviert und im modernen Boho-Stil eingerichtet. Die große Veranda/Terrasse mit Lounge und großem Esstisch ist das Herzstück des Hauses. Von hier aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den großen Pool und die herrliche Landschaft mit Olivenbäumen. Die Villa selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertigen Materialien gestaltet worden.
