Charming Arden Park Poolside Cottage

Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us. Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

Betty's Bungalow - Walkable to UCD Medical Center!

Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Our pool house is a private 12x12 foot room with a queen bed and all the amenities you should need. Your private shower/restroom is detached and a short distance away. Please refer to the pictures for exact distance. We provide robes and slip on shoes for your comfort. The retreat includes a fridge, microwave, & single brew coffee maker.
