Stone Street is amazing. Full of variety, Pizza, BBQ, Mexican, French, Etc., and all restaurants offer outdoor eating on the old cobble stone street. It's fun and great in the Spring, Summer and Fall.

The apartment is steps away from Battery Park, with views of the Statue of Liberty and access to ferries to get back and forth. It's a beautiful park to walk through in the mornings, and is the start of a great run (or walk) up the west side of the island if you are so inclined to run the Battery Park City Esplanade.
