Restaurant Šajka in Pančevo. Such a unique experience to ride over a river to reach this restaurant, ride included. I would recommend that reservations be recommended, especially on weekends. Perfect for lunch time and outdoor seating.

With a background of serving in upscale restaurants (even to esteemed guests like Tito), Mile upheld rigorous standards. He chose to craft the pljeskavica the authentic or "prava" way (with "prava" translating to "real" in Serbian). Entire time you ride by the river on one side and you pass the Kalemegdan and Beton Hala while seeing Danube river and New Belgrade on the other. When you reach Brankov Bridge you can either cross it and go via New Balgrade towards Zemun (Gardoš) or you can continue streight pass by Belgrade Waterfront, pass under bridges, pass Belgrade Fair Building and reach Ada Ciganlija Lake.
Both routes are wonderful and great way to get to know Belgrade while being active.

Only 10-15 walk from the house to the Dunav Stanica from where every 15 minutes go buses to Pancevo. After only 20 minutes you are in another reality! Get of by Hotel Tamis and start your expoloration there, by the Tamis river. Try unique restaurant Sajka, on the other bank of Tamis river (ride included!), if avaialble try snenkole desert. Visit downtown and its museums, galeries... if its warm seat outside at Vojvode Zivojina Misica and have a coffee/drink. Around the corner try cakes, coffee, icecream or oldschool (very sweet) lemonade at the vintage style poslasticrnica Popovic.
