In the spring/summer/fall months, there are some lovely gardens to take in and fountains to dip your toes into while enjoying the path along the waterfront. “The restaurant is a feast for the eyes and there are so many things to look at and check out. There are two floors to the restaurant with the second level being much more loungey with books and games. We sat downstairs by the bar. There also was a small gift shop along with local artists art for sale. The waitress was friendly and attentive. There is a huge drink menu and we ended up getting smoothies. Sweet and refreshing! Tons of coffee drinks too. This is a great place for sipping a coffee and hanging out. ”

“Take a drive down to the water and see the best view in Sarnia. Don’t forget to save room for fries from the fry truck. (We recommend the yellow truck.) Then walk up the street for ice cream and to check out some of the local stores in Point Edward. ”

“Rondo's offer a variety of gourmet pizzas, and have a decent selection of draft beers... They have live music on the weekends and although the venue is small, the vibe is great and is a good place to go if you want to get out of the cottage.”

“This beautiful lighthouse on Lake Huron is a sight to see. The tower wasn't open on the day we were there but the views and information did not disappoint. If you are taking a lighthouse tour of the Great Lakes or passing through St. Clair, I recommend you take at least 30 minutes to visit this spot and read all the information posted.”
