We houden van de relaxte buurt, charmante historische architectuur en de 5 blokken lopen naar de luchtige waterkant langs Bay Street. Het gezellige huisje is een slaapkamer, een bad en een heerlijke leefruimte op een postzegelplaats. De ingebouwde ontbijthoek is onze favoriete plek. Andere kenmerken zijn de chique meubels, 11’ plafonds, hoge openslaande ramen en kleine veranda. Off-street privéparkeergelegenheid voor één auto en smart-tv/wifi. Het 400 SF huisje is vernoemd naar de dochter van de architect.

Marine familie top pick! Prachtige lage landelijke woning ligt op 5 minuten vanaf Parris Island Gateway. Het is slechts 3 mijl naar de prachtige Beaufort Historic District en 1 1/2 mijl naar Port Royal Village en Sands Beach. De beroemde Spaanse mos fiets en wandelpad is 200 yds van de veranda en 2 fietsen zijn aanwezig. De beste restaurants en winkels van Beaufort liggen op enkele minuten afstand. Dit is perfect voor Marine Graduation families, koppels, zakenreizigers, gezinnen (met kinderen) .

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.
