Jeun met us for the check in and was very warm and friendly. The place is in a really cool old train station that's just about fifteen minutes walk to the viaduct. Thanls again Jeun, we enjoyed our time up there!

Francis was extremely helpful and lovely. The place was ideally located close to the city centre and Spark arena. The studio was very clean and had plenty amenities. The only downfall was the building the studio is located in is run down.

My stay at James place was quite nice. The apartment is close to CBD and room description exactly matches with what is advertised. I also had fun chatting with James.

The apartment description is 100% accurate. No surprises there, the main highlight being its proximity to everything, specially to the buses and ferry and train stations. It's great if you want to take a ferry to any of the nearby islands! (which you totally should if you have the time) James and Noi are wonderful, laid-back and down to earth people. Terrific hosts. James is also a big rugby buff and he taught me a thing or two about the sport while watching a game. I had no clue rugby could be so interesting!

Great communication! Offered us airport pickup even, cheaper than taxi or bus! James is a wealth of info. Anyone renting from Jucy, the lot is literally right there which makes it convenient. I only wish we had planned more time than 1 night in Auckland!

Staying with James was the best decision we made being close to the city centre, the Arena and easy walking distance to our conference without the expense of hotels etc. Friendly and helpful. .. clean and comfortable with breakfast included. Thanx guys

De plus l'appartement se trouve à 15min à pied du CBD. Un arrêt de bus ( Inner Link) passe à 3min à pieds. Bref je recommande pour le rapport qualité-prix et situation géographique.

We stayed at the apartment for over a week and loved it. The location is great. Parnell has a great vibe, lots of things to see and do. You can also be on Queen Street with a 10 minute bus ride - the stop is straight across the road. The kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine/dryer was very convenient. Had everything we needed for a longer stay.

Hannah was a very nice host, and her studio apartment was a great place to stay in. Wonderful decorations and amenities plus right in the heart of Parnell shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again someday!

The appartment was very clean and tidy on arrival. Everything was as discribed when we booked it. We were given clear instructions which were easy to follow. The appartment is within a 10 minute walk from the central city and Britomart.

I had a pretty good experience and I have nothing negative to say about the host and apartment. Cameron was very detailed with his instructions as well as responded within a timely manner when queried for information. His apartment is located in a prime location that is within walking distance to most major tourist attractions in downtown Aukland. Located in safe and somewhat quiet neighborhood. The apartment had the necessary amenities for a comfortable with an fully equipped kitchen. Clean and very organized and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available for travelers. Comfortable bed and the sofa bed was a pretty comfortable as well. The balcony and view from the balcony was great. A nice touch was that the host had a welcoming booklet for the apartment as well information about some places to visit and eat around town. A nice touch to make you feel at home. Wifi was fast and easy to connect and i didn't any slow transfer for downloading and uploading pics, videos and files. Also, the host provider two voltage adapters which came in handy and that was very much appreciated. Overall my trip to New Zealand was a memorable experience and I thank Cameron for allowing us to stay at his place and for making our stay comfortable.

Mila's place was beautiful and clean. It had fantastic amenities with a gym and spa downstairs. The room was stocked with everything you needed including all kitchen utensils, washing powder and the like. The parking at the back of the hotel is very expensive, although that is no fault of Mila's. I would highly recommend staying here.

Oxana's place is in a great location - Queen Street is a short walk away (roughly, five minutes) and there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Oxana is a very nice host. There were a couple of issues in my stay, such as the key card not working and the bathroom light not working, all of which were out of Oxana's control but she promptly responded to my issues and helped me along the way. Communication was easy and she made my stay worthwhile.

The apartment is very central. We were two adults and a kid and the size of the apartment was good. Large bathroom. Very sunny and bright. However, we opened the windows at night and it was quite noisy due to the port nearby. We recommend it to be at walking distance to Britomart and CBD! The place and the parking of the accomondation is great. Parts of the apartment weren't in its best condition,e.g. the bathroom and the kitchen. The cleanliness didn't expect our standard, e.g. our linen had on different places dots of blood. The worst thing was the disgusting smell in the kitchen and the masterbedroom. We opened the windows for a very long time, but this smell didn't get away. Additional I wasn't satisfied with the communication with Tony. I didn't get an answer on my SMS and there is a dismatch between the check in time on the bnb side and Tony's check in guide, what was confusing. All in all we think we had bad luck, because the other guests were more satisfied.

This is a great place to stay. It's very clean, cosy, private and well-appointed. Carmel is a welcoming and helpful host and I felt really safe here. The apartment is also well-located, less than ten minutes' walk to central Auckland. It's close to the university, Vector Arena and Britomart transport hub. Great location if you're in town for a concert or event (literally next to Spark Arena). Really close to a supermarket, takeaways and transportation too. The apartment was clean and tidy and check-in was super easy. Train noise may be an issue for some (the description above is accurate) but for the price it's difficult to complain. I stayed at Koi's place for five great days! The location is great for city travelers, quite convenient, 7 mins walk to uni, 12mins to Britomat and Queen St. If the apartment has an elevator, it'll be more than perfect:) Koi was every helpful, we had pleasant conversations and she guided me on a lot of things. The most touching part was that she cooked and shared traditional Thailand food with me! Love the sweets in the bedroom and the painting on the wall. Love the zigzag sidewalk from Unilodge Beach Rd to Anzac Rd. Do recommend Koi's place.

This flat has a great location as it is walking distance from almost everywhere in the CBD. You also have access to the lap pool on the fourth floor. One more nicety is having a washer and dryer available. Koos is a great host. I'll definitely look him up again on my next trip.

A clean, secure and well appointed place to stay for easy walkable access to central Auckland. Everything was as described and host was always available if we required anything. Accommodation does not have parking space so a tip if you have a vehicle. Street parking opposite accommodation is generally free overnight -10pm-8am (check machine for times). Wilson parking is expensive and we found unnecessary.

The apartment is great, in a perfect position for seeing Auckland, by far the best we have had for sightseeing, close to the ferry port so Devonport & Waiheke ferry docks, are only a few minutes walk away. Laura is a great host, all the facilities you could need, and more thoughtfully provided, nothing seemed to be a problem, she has great tips on how to get about the area. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby for every taste catered for.
