  • De accommodatie ligt op een uitstekende locatie, op 7 minuten lopen van het station, op 4 minuten lopen van het centrum en op ongeveer 16 minuten lopen van de zee. Het heeft tv in de kamer en wi-fi. Je hebt ook gratis thee of koffie en voor een kleine vergoeding kun je pap, koekjes of een selectie van ontbijtgranen en kleine pakjes sinaasappel- of appelsap hebben. Ik raad deze plek ten zeerste aan om te verblijven.

    My cosy, warm 2nd floor flat welcomes you. The room’s at the rear of the building, where street noise is at a minimum. Only minutes walk both to the Quay & town centre. Close to the historic Old Town & Poole museum & lovely rooftop cafe (well worth a visit!) I provide a continental breakfast & can accommodate individual tastes, wherever possible. Bus & railway stations, ferry port, shopping centre, theatre & hospitals are extremely close by. Also near to High Street & all pubs & restaurants!
    Guests have a quiet, clean, cosy and very warm double room to themselves; with a home from home feel. There’s a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with hangers. The guest room, as it is at the back of the flats is quieter and away from the road. The room is centrally heated, but there is a small fan heater too if needed. There are extra pillows and blankets if needed. There are bedside draws available for 2 guests’ usage. Provided are towels, toiletries & a hairdryer in the bedside drawer. Guests have use of a very recently refurbished loo & bathroom including a bath and a shower. Also a fully equipped & sunny kitchen, with a table & 2 comfy stools to eat breakfast at. My flat backs onto a quiet communal garden and is in easy walking distance to both the Quay & the town centre. Both rail & bus stations are approximately a 10 minute walk from here. Poole General Hospital is 15 mins away. The Lighthouse Theatre is an easy 10 minute walk away. The ferry terminal is a 20 - 30 minute walk away, depending on how much luggage you have – but it is also a very short taxi ride away ~ approx £5-6.
    I am right in the thick of things – only a 5 minute walk into town or to the Quayside. Getting around is very easy and there is a bus, coach and train station within a 10 minute walk from my flat. Also the Poole Town Circular bus stops around the corner from my flat. The Lighthouse Theatre is a 10/15 minute walk. There are large supermarkets ~ Sainsbury’s and Aldi’s, within a 10 minute walk from the flat. Even closer, there is a Tesco’s Express upon the key – five minutes walk, and a Little Sainsbury’s in the High Street, for your convenience ~ both are open early till late. Buses, coaches and trains to Sandbanks, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Swanage, Dorchester & London Waterloo are very frequent, often twice-hourly, depending upon the service, destination and your chosen day of travel.

    The bedroom for my guests is on the ground floor. It’s newly decorated and guests can access the shower room, open plan kitchen diner and lounge which are all on the ground floor, to the back of the house.
    My house is located 2 minutes by foot from the sea front, overlooking brown sea island! It’s also conveniently positioned to Poole quay and town centre, the lighthouse art centre, the condor ferry, as well as the bus station and train station, which are all 10 -15 minutes away on foot!

    The house is a semi-detached Victorian building that is comfortable with plenty of character. Very well located for Poole Quay. Parking is available in the local car parks, or on the street; but you would have to move your car in the morning at 8am. However we are only 10 minutes walk from the train station!
    The location and homeliness are the key features. Great for exploring the Old Town of Poole, Poole Lighthouse (Arts Centre), Poole Quay and shopping centre are all within walking distance.
    The neighbourhood is quite mixed. It is the old part of Poole, with a range of housing close by. There are lovely parks close by, and a Sainsburies literally 5 minutes walk away.

We hielden van zittend op het balkon met uitzicht op zee. Bedden comfortabel, badkamers schoon en voldoende handdoeken. Keuken goed gevuld met een grote selectie aan gerechten en kookgerei, potten en pannen. We zouden absoluut weer verblijven! Bedankt voor alles

De badkamers waren geweldig met goede douches. Er was een eigen patio om buiten te zitten. Grote waarde voor uw geld en we zouden deze plek zeker aanraden.

  • Een fantastisch huis op een perfecte locatie. Een korte wandeling naar Poole Harbor, Poole Park en het stadscentrum. Ook een ideale uitvalsbasis om dit prachtige deel van de zuidkust te verkennen. Zoe en David waren geweldige gastheren die ervoor hebben gezorgd dat het huis volledig is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om dit een thuis weg van huis te maken.

  • Een echt goed onderhouden huis op een perfecte locatie. 5 minuten lopen naar het park en de kust. Niet het beste zandstrand voor kinderen, maar 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Poole met alle voorzieningen en geweldige stranden in de buurt. Rustige buurt direct aan de kust. De beste Air BNB waar we zonder twijfel in hebben verbleven. Veel dank David en Zoe voor een geweldig familieweekend!

  • De plaats van David en Zoe was fantastisch. Een prachtig huis en zeer dicht bij de kust. Het was de perfecte afstand tussen het New Forest en Durdle Door. Alles was zoals beschreven. De foto's doen niet het huis gerechtigheid, elke kamer was een geweldige grootte. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, de douche in de slaapkamer en het balkon. We zouden hier zeker weer verblijven.

Alle arrangementen en communicatie waren geweldig en Frederick zorgde ervoor dat we werden geregeld met vriendelijke informatie over het terrein en de omgeving. De flat had alle comfort van thuis, was goed gepresenteerd en schoon en we hebben echt genoten van het uitzicht terwijl je dineert en ontspant! De toegevoegde bonus van veilig parkeren en de flat op loopafstand van alles zorgde ervoor dat we een zeer ontspannend verblijf hadden!

  • Dit was een heerlijke plek op een heel gemakkelijk te vinden locatie en een goede omgeving. Op loopafstand van de kade en de oude stad. De lounge / eetkamer heeft een geweldig uitzicht over de vijver en beide slaapkamers kamers zijn ruim en de meeste van wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Mooie buitenruimtes om van te genieten als het weer aangenaam is.

  • De 5 van ons waren in Poole voor een bruiloft dat weekend. Met iedereen op vakantie waren de hotels meestal allemaal volgeboekt en degenen die beschikbaar waren vroegen om een buitensporig bedrag per nacht. Fred was geweldig en had de kamer klaar en beschikbaar op zo'n korte termijn. De plaats ligt op een perfecte afstand van de Aldi, de haven en het centrum (alles op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen). We bleven twee nachten en het bespaarde ons meer dan de helft van wat we zouden hebben betaald in een hotel. Over het algemeen geweldige eerste keer ervaring op een airbnb.

De locatie is op loopafstand van de kade en onze gastheer gaf ons een kaart en informatie over waar te plaatsen om te eten te vinden. Het nabijgelegen water park zou een geweldige plek om kleine kinderen te nemen. De parkeergelegenheid op het terrein gaf ons stuk van de geest ook.

De man bleef een beetje later naar onze enigszins late aankomst die zeer gewaardeerd werd geschikt (... er was ook een zekere flexibiliteit in de keuze van de kamers, die zeer attent was). De kamers waren schoon, gezellig en comfortabel. Zoals je zou verwachten voor de prijs, de kamers waren vrij basic, maar dit op geen enkele manier afbreuk aan ons verblijf. We zullen zeker teruggaan.     A lovely modern two bedroom two bathroom G Floor flat with allocated parking at the door. Only a few minutes walk to Poole High Street & all its facilities (bus coach & railway stations). Easy access to Poole Museum*, Poole Quay* (with ferries to Brownsea Island, Wareham & Swanage), Poole* & Baiter Parks*, the Lighthouse Arts Centre* & Dolphin Shopping Centre as well as numerous wonderful restaurants & bars. We are also within walking distance of the beach. *See the links in my guide section
    Our ground floor luxury flat offers a good-sized living/dining room with an adjacent kitchen and French Window access to a small patio area, from which the sea can be seen at the end of the road. The lounge also contains a large sofa bed should it be required. Our Ercol dining table will seat six. The master bedroom has en-suite. Access to the large family bathroom is off a large bright hall which overlooks the rear garden and our allocated parking space right at the rear door. Please note that the second bedroom can be made up as either twin singles or a super king bed. Please advise us of your preference when booking.
    We are in the modern Poole Quarter, development, less than 150 m from Poole Quay, the beach & Town Centre it has excellent walking routes by which to explore the old fisherman's quarter adjacent to the fisherman's wharf & slipway, Poole & Baiter Parks, the Old Town and White Cliffs. An Aldi supermarket is just across the road.

    Historic Poole Quay with its marina and numerous bars, restaurants and shops is just 10 minutes walk. Old Poole Town is a wonderful place to visit with many places of interest including Poole Museum. There is also extensive high street shopping and a great choice of cafes and coffee shops all nestled in around the Historic buildings. Poole Quay is great for a walk in the sun and offers a choice of bars, restaurants and cafes and of course fish and chips. You can also take a harbour cruise to explore Brownsea Island which is rich in wildlife and history or take part in many kinds of water sports including windsurfing, wake boarding, canoeing and kayaking and kite surfing. Nearby attractions: Poole Park is approximately 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Poole Park is a large, urban park bordering Poole Harbour and great for play parks, ducks, picnics, tennis, walking, fitness and watersports. Sandbanks Beaches and Ferry Approx 10 -15 by car. The beach is of the finest quality with fine golden sand. The beach meets all of the European standards. The water is clean and safe, although it may sometimes be on the cool side ! The beaches fine and golden sand gradually slopes away into the water ensuring it is safe for even the smallest of children. There are Lifeguards on duty during the main season ( 1 May – 30 Sept) and there is also a First Aid post if required. One of the most famous and unique attractions of Sandbanks is the Sandbanks Chain Ferry , which shuttles between Sandbanks and Studland crossing at the mouth of Poole harbour. The Dolphin Shopping Centre currently provides 680,000 sq ft of of covered retail space, arranged over three levels, together with open streetscape areas. Shopping: Dolphin shopping centre is approximately 10 minutes walk. Situated in the heart of Poole it provides a complete shopping experience. Bournemouth Town and beaches are only 15-20 minutes by car.
  • We verbleven voor 3 nachten, de locatie was fantastisch met een supermarkt op korte loopafstand van voorzieningen. Rustige locatie op slechts enkele minuten van de haven en parken. Appartement was ruim en goed uitgerust. Zou blij zijn om terug te keren.

    A fantastic little bolt-hole a stone's throw from Poole Harbour with Baiter Park just across the way, and a five-minute walk to the lively town Quay. This is a great base for visiting the town or excursions further afield. Brownsea Island, Local Ferries, Poole Pottery and a great selection of restaurants, pubs and bars are all in easy reach, while Sandbanks, Bournemouth Beach and the chain-ferry to Studland are all within range of car-drivers, cyclists, determined runners or patient walkers!
    The whole of this little house is available for your use. It is most ideally situated with a great view of the worlds largest natural harbour. The outside is a perfect sun trap. Ideal for a barbecue or a coffee. We have been using the house as a get-away for years and its age does show a bit! However for the start of 2019 it has had new windows and a total paint redecoration, which has greatly restored it’s warm friendly atmosphere.
    Our House is very close to region called Baiter. This is a good outdoor space, and it is the Quay area for fishing boats. Next you will reach The town Quay, many day trippers, yachts, pubs and restaurants. Inland here is Poole’s town high street There is a choice of minimarkets and larger supermarkets within walking distance.

The other 2 bedrooms are twins with wardrobes and bedside cabinets that share a shower room with shower, toilet and basin. My caravan has a lovely feeling of space especially in the lounge area.
    Modern beautiful 3 bedroom unusual design holiday home with sun terrace. Lily is conveniently situated close to all amenities on Gorse Hill which is a livelier area of the park. The caravan is comfortably furnished to a high standard. It is double glazed and central heated. From the door it is a short walk to all amenities and downhill to the lovely sandy beach with cafe and water sports (charges apply on site). There is parking for one car.
