“A delicious array of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options (including yummy brunch cocktails!). Price is very reasonable but arrive early as this hot spot has become quite popular among locals and tourists alike! Best for groups of two to four people. Larger groups may have trouble finding space.”

“If you like flea markets, antique malls, upcycled art regifts, you'll love walking around in Pack Rat's. We also have a booth "Homestead Collective" which supports local artists, artisans and growers. You'll find some Homestead Retreat items there as well. Prices are very reasonable. Enjoy an ice cream at Likkits in the back when you're done. ”

Museum
“Small town museums are interesting to those who like that kind of thing. This museum also has a gift store attached that raises money for the museum. A separate building holds the Historical & Geneological Society where they often hold art exhibits and other local displays and presentations. Cobden originally had a People's Market(was located next to Packrats Paradise Antique Mall) where local growers brought their fruit, veggies, flowers, milk etc to be bought and then shipped via train to Chicago. It all happened in Cobden. Locals say "All roads lead to Cobden" and you'll note there are many ways to get in and out! The Museum & gift shop are open 1pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday or Friday by chance or appointment.”
