Trail
“This trail can be a little tricky to find, its off the main road and the parking is typically across the street (be very careful crossing). But once you make it in, this is a trail to remember. It is relatively short, but it is steep. It winds you up the mountain and through some epic rock formations. Eventually at the top you will have the most picturesque views of the lake. [6.0 miles from the cabin]”

Trail
“This is a short, easy, circular trail on the north side of the lake that begins and ends at a parking lot. This is a great path to walk after lunch — definitely dog friendly. Note: A $5 US Forest Service parking pass is required to park in the lot, but there is free street parking along Stanfield Cutoff nearby, perfect if you also plan to fish or stroll along the lake.”

Trail
“The Woodland Interpretive Trail is an easy-to-moderate 1.5 mile hike that is a 'loop'. You'll take in beautiful views of the lake and mountains as you make your way through the trail. There is a handout you can take with you at the start of the trail that explains the flora & fauna along the way, marked with number markers. There's also a picnic table in the parking area or across the street, right on the lake.”
