This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

The home has 2 bedrooms and they are located on each end of the house, dining table sits 6, large living area with fire place. There is a deck on the front and back of the home. In the summer, there are many flowers and plants , in the winter time most are cleared off and just the natural look of being in the woods.
