The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. Our rustic guesthouse is set in our back garden along with 6 chickens and our 8 year old Golden Labrador Rex. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, basic TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & heaps of love for our home.

I am offering a quiet accommodation on a 2ha lifestyle property that supports a sustainable, self-sufficient life and has breathtaking lake views. The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchenette items, the main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.
