If you would like a taste of peaceful countryside we would love to welcome you to our detached dormer bungalow set in a acre of field and garden with probably the most amazing views ever. So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.

The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, toast & pastries. There is great walking, running, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing & golf all on our doorstep with good views from the house of Bamford Edge, Win Hill & Shatton Moor. If you are a group of 3/4, we do have a second room on request.

The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Holly is a one double bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a kitchen, lounge and dining room area and a bathroom. The caravan is now fully central heated throughout with an additional gas fire in the lounge area. Our on-line booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights).
