My cool, brand new, comfortable studio apartment with exposed wooden ceiling has a true Budapest feeling! It comfortably fits two (perfect for couples!) and is centrally located on a quiet building, just a mere two blocks from the Old Budapest City.
The studio has been recently renovated and consist of one room acting as a multifunctional area: living space, dinning on a small pull-out table or sleeping on top of the mezzanine... everything is carefully thought trough! There is a small kitchen with all the needed utensils for your stay (pans and pots, microwaves oven, kettle, coffee maker) as well as some basic supply of tea, coffee etc. The bathroom with Venetian shower is situated under the sleeping area.
A couple can sleep really comfortably, either on the cosy mezzanine or on the IKEA pull-out sofa. Check the pictures. In case it is needed, 4 people can also sleep at the studio, but you rather make sure you are really good friends ;)
Please, not that the building lacks a lift and it is located in a third floor
Andere dingen waar je op moet letten
For those environmentally-concerned travellers, during the reconstruction, the biggest part of the debris was either re used (bricks, tiles), up-cycled (iron beams and trusses, pipes) or recycled. The rest was disposed according to the regulations. Construction materials were acquired locally favouring greener ones (low CO2 cement, PVC free pipes, etc)
Check-in time needs to be agreed upfront.
Guests are required to provide an address for invoicing purposes.
I will personally meet the guests (unless I'm not in Budapest) on arrival to handover the apartment as well as give advise or answer any question related to the apartment, the area or Budapest in general
