Cozy brand-new artistic flat in an old typical building, located in the fashion district and one of the most lively and best nightlife area of Milan. Young and stilish. City center. 20 min walking distance to Duomo, close to undergr Porta Genova, next to tram stop.
Please respect the place and the things you find in it.
You can use things, (except for my personal effects) but please, leave them the way you found them.
There are some basic rules.(sorry for that. But don't worry. it's mostly just common sense, and for your own comfort and safety).
-No Smoking inside,
-No extra unannounced guests,
- No pets or animals,
- No shoes inside (but no worry, the floor is fully bamboo parquet, very warm and very clean. I'll also provide house shoes if you want to wear them).
-There is an old fireplace but it's not for practical use because its chimney is actually closed and it's also out of law to use it as we're in the city center. So please don't plan to fire it if you want to be safe and avoid troubles.
- People living next door are nice people and good friends. If they're in and not too busy, they might even show up and say hello to you, so, just in case you need anything, remember that you're not alone. Please be friendly to them but respect their privacy and routine.
- if you cook/use the owen, please it is very important not to forget fires on.
Sorry to set rules, I hate that, but I guess it's a good thing to be clear, so we both get along well together.
I'm a teacher and storyteller living in Milan. I love my city and the Navigli area, where I live. I rent my cozy, bright, colorful apartment right in the artists and designers neighbourhood.
I like good books, music, theatre and enjoy people a lot.
I've travelled a lot, both for pleasure and work, and I love being around the world, seeing new places and meeting nice people.
I also come from a big family, so hospitality is really important for me.
I hope you're gonna feel home when you come stay at my place!!!
