You can also go and visit local nomad families living near the camp so you can taste and maybe buy their products. We suggest you to taste the fermented mare milk that that Mongolians call "airag" and the traditional Mongolian yoghurt called "tarag", made of Yak's milk. Our camp is also very involved in the sustainable development of the Valley. For example, we organise cleanups every year and we use various eco-friendly equipments such as solar panels or solar water heaters and we will soon build a passive solar greenhouse in order to provide fresh and varied vegetables for our guests.

It is a great opportunity for travelers to discover Mongolian culture through fascinating activities such as Mongolian wrestling, horse racing or the making of traditional Mongolian felt.
