It is clearly stated on our site that there is a 2 Hr parking limit on our block, and we request guests to let us know if they need parking permit, Guests request and pay for the permit, payment of which will be remitted to the city. We have done this for several of our guests (who paid through Airbnb). We never had problem with guests that complied. Amber never let us know that she drove to the city. There are six 2 Hr parking limit signs clearly displayed for the public to read, two at the beginning of the block, two in the middle and two at the end. Amber drove from Missouri to Pennsylvania and through the city of Philadelphia, reading street signs, yet she said the city's rules regarding 2 Hr parking is confusing. I believe she forgot to move her vehicle at the end of the 2 HRS. Despite the fact that Amber did not comply with my instructions, it It is surprising that out of all the kindness expressed to Amber, (I told her where to go for food, transportation, groceries, pharmacy, entertainment etc), she decided to highlight the negative things that happen outside my residence that I do not have control over.
