Its a shame that you've had a bad experience with Hostmaker as a management company. We tried everything we could to make your stay run as seamlessly as possible. With the checking in process, we did managed to let you know the scheduled check in times, and liased with you to let you in at the earlier time as requested. We can only apologise for the issue with keys, and whilst we were willing to send out a locksmith, we couldn't get one at such short notice. We did however get you into the property, and provided you with a cot on your request. We do everything we can to respond to calls and emails, and have a full time team working 9-6 to help all of our guests. After this stage, we have cover to ensure that all issues are resolved. We will look into our communications to see how we can work more efficiently in the future. Regarding the shower- we are in the process of fixing this so it isn't an issue for our next guests.
