- Covid 19 safety measures -

We would like to reassure any potential guests of steps we are taking to keep everybody safe whilst staying at Bluebell Cottage.
Before we re-open in July the cottage will have been professionally deep cleaned, including all carpets, soft furnishings, mattresses etc..
During changeovers the cottage will be thoroughly cleaned as usual with anti-bac/anti-viral cleaning products. We will be following the safety guidelines (wearing masks etc..... ) and taking extra care to clean all touch points, door handles, keys etc....
All our linen is professionally cleaned by our local dry cleaner.
We will be steam cleaning all carpets and furniture and washing pillow protectors, oven glove, cushion covers and blankets before any guests arrive.
Until the end of September there will be a minimum of a full day break between guests, so no one will be checking out and checking in on the same day.
Some items will be left out but hard to completely sanitise such as our books, leaflets, beverage items etc... so please use these at your own discretion.

- The cottage -
The little cottage is cosy and full of character, it still has its original cast iron kitchen fireplace (decoration only). The cottage has been recently renovated with all brand new fixtures and fittings but still keeping as much of it’s original charm as possible. Set in the old core of the town named ‘the historic triangle’ the street is famed for its stunning displays of window boxes and hanging baskets in the summer months.

The cottage is ideally suited for 3 adults with a double bed in the master room and a single in the guest room but an extra bed can be added in the guest room to accommodate 4 if needed but please be aware that this gives the guest room limited free space (they are stackable beds please let us know if you would like these set out as a single or twin in your booking message please)
