Location, Location, Location!
We live a few minutes from both the Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard District putting us within walking distance to some of Santa Fe's best restaurants, shops and cinemas. Skiing in the winter and opera in the summer.
Our home, a thoughtfully updated 1930's adobe, is cozy and secluded within an urban setting. We live on a quiet, dead-end street and have a beautiful private patio/garden- once you step through the gate it feels like you've left the city! We have two bedrooms and a living room that could sleep another person or two. Guests will enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon drink on our private patio. "Stella," the neighbor cat, may stop by for a visit.
Our neighbors have been notified that we will periodically be having Airbnb guest. Ernie lives in the older, white house right next door and Tess and her sons Steve and Tom live across the street. Ernie can be a little abrupt at first meeting, but is very nice and very informative once you get to know him.
Please be aware that we sometimes have raccoons visit the property during the night or early morning. They like to travel on the backyard fence line and sometimes can make a little noise. They usually hang around for an hour or so and then move on.
This is our primary residence, so some of our personal belongings will be in the house.
