Nestled amongst Kerikeri's traditional orchards in a private corner of 1.5 acre sub-tropical gardens, the Summer Cottage offers a delightful & quiet retreat, 3 minutes away from Kerikeri village; 4 minutes from Kerikeri airport. It offers a kitchenette, separate bathroom and bedroom/lounge, with an outside deck to enjoy breakfast in the sun, which is included in the rate. Netflix & movies on demand is include & available on the wide screen TV. Parking is directly outside. Free unlimited WiFi.
A well equipped kitchenette allows light catering, and a north facing deck means you can enjoy the included breakfast bathed in the early morning sun. The main room offers a smart TV with a DVD and surround sound. The modern bathroom has heated towel rails and a shower with excellent pressure. Free parking is available right outside the cottage. A phone allows free calls to NZ landlines, and to contact the hosts in the main house if required.

Drive down our 50 metre driveway and park directly in a dedicated parking spot for cottage guests. Arrangements can be made for those arriving during later hours. Our guests are welcomed to use the solar heated pool, and to stroll our wonderful 1.5 acre gardens. Your cottage key-pass allows access to our guest lounge in the main house, equipped with, books, games and DVD library and a croquet set to play on our lawns.

Our cottage guests enjoy their privacy, however we are always available to assist you with ideas for local tours and visits, and make recommendations for eating out. The cottage phone will locate us if needed for any reason.

A breakfast basket of continental goodies is included and provided each evening for the following morning. You can also request a fully cooked breakfast in the main house.
Small dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lease outside the cottage. Please inquire before bringing your dog. Smoking is permitted in the gardens but not inside.
We have travelled the world and decided to permanently move to the Bay of Islands to enjoy its relaxed lifestyle, and its marvellous weather! We love Kerikeri's restaurants, wineries and wonderful local produce. We have several places to eat within walking distance, and the marvelous Old Packhouse market is just a few minutes walk away. The Maori history and culture In the Bay is very special; we are happy to assist guests to discover this important aspects of Kerikeri, the Bay of Islands and Northland.
