Hi Tarryn I am so sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, Joshua stepped in as he is my husband and partner and I was extremely unwell at the time I was supposed to be checking you in. I am sorry if this was not communicated to you effectively, it appears there were some crossed wires.
We tried to be as accommodating as possible allowing for a 9 am check in instead of the standard 2pm, and allowing you to check out at 5 pm instead of at 10 am. I also apologized profusely for the misunderstanding when I was well enough to do so, and offered you a discounted rate on a future stay as we felt terrible about you having had to wait. I realize it must have been very frustrating and I am incredibly sorry for your inconvenience.
We take our hosting extremely seriously and are very sad to hear that this sullied your overall experience, it appears to have been a miscommunication between Joshua and myself and for this I do apologize.
I was unaware that the pool was under maintenance as the management did not advise us, I will certainly be taking this issue up with them.
