To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Booking guest must be over 25 Years old
The house is not for BUCKS get togethers (all male groups) and not for Schoolies - you will be evicted without notice and no refunds will be made.
Please inspect the property on arrival and contact manager with any issues.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
A list of registered guests names and date of birth must be provided by email prior to check-in.
Only the registered guests on the list are allowed on the property unless permission from the property manager has been granted in writing.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Loss of bond or immediate eviction will apply. No refunds will be made.
The house is externally monitored by CCTV 24/7
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
No Noise after 10PM, no-one in BBQ area after 10PM, No-One on balconies after 10PM. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and will incur loss of bond.
No drinking alcoholic drinks on front driveway. - Loss bond or immediate eviction will occur.
Please clean BBQ after use or cleaning service fee will be charged
Please leave the house tidy and reasonably clean or extra cleaning fees will be charged.
No smoking in the house - outside is fine.
House must be left in a secure state at all times. When leaving the building , Windows must be closed, doors closed, air-conditioning and heating systems off.
Any missing or broken items must be reported to the property manager and may be deducted form your bond.
The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing.- Loss of bond will occur.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property. We suggest you take out travel insurance.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
