We had a pleasant stay at Ben's place. The room looks exactly like how it is in the photos. Ben was very quick to respond as well. Highly recommended!

Ben's place is new, clean and have everything you need. Location is perfect, public transport is just in front of the entrance.

Me and a group of 5 friends loved the place, with a variety of food choices available at the place itself and also nearby. Really clean and beautiful place. Quite a quiet neighbourhood. The service and replies were prompt and helpful as well. Great stay overall.

Noises from midnight to late for our both nights.

Construction is actually prohibited during night time. We have escalated this issue to the Sunway Management to take proper action. So far have not hear from other guests after yours, but we will continue to monitor and do the necessary. Cheers.

A clear instruction was given by the host. Modern design room. Overall is good except the air cond was not cold.

Sorry to hear that as the condition was somehow also contributed from the extremely hot weather during the end of month February. We have anyway proceed to service the airconds again and they are very cool now.

This place is still very new and not crowded. It might be a bit quiet at night but very safe. There are Security Guards patrolling in this building 24 x 7.
