I just want to clarify situation with crib and stains on the sheets.
The crib calls All in -One convenience, which has a water proof mattress on it. All our guests with kids are welcomed us for it, because it can be used for infants and toddlers , and can be moved easily from one room to another. Yes, we do not provide sheets for kids crib, because everyone using different detergents for washing kids stuff, and we don’t want to be responsible for it.
We buy new sets of sheets every couple moths, to make sure they look good and in a decent shape, sorry if you had problems with it.
The check out process is also pleased by our guests, so we dint stay on them and let them leave the property without us. The cleaning lady comes about 12-30pm, when check out is at 12noon. We never opened the claims before while saying that someone didn’t return a Swimming pool. Its just happened in your situation, because it wasn’t returned. The keys has been returned, but not the card! So its no reason for us to lie, and the property has a great security , and no one gonna stop by just to steal the swimming pool card.
