Hi Sandrine, thank you for your Notes. I would like to add a argumentative replay on your ratings (my replay to your comments): 1. You: ''WiFi really slow quite unusable,''- WiFi in the house is one of the fastest My replay: The internet in the house is set by the best rated internet provider in the country, we have 2 wireless routers, which secure a highest quality of the WiFi network and faster Internet speeds. Considering, that the Internet is one of the main priorities of the guests, including myself, the internet is always . Thus, your Note, that the Wifi is slow, is not accordance with the interned we have- until now, none of the quests had complained for the Wifi and all of them had excellent access to internet, in other words, our wifi works perfectly on any devices, so I guess, you might have a problem with your device. Please do check your device- before giving any comment. 2. Your note: ‘’location not the best option for public transport users during wintertime as no sidewalk My replay: - Location, as indicated on the listing, is 5-7min away from the house, or 600m walking. There is a side walk, but again, I guess you are not so manageable and organized in new environments, as all other quests before, which didn’t had any troubles for finding the nearest bus station..(5 min away from the house). 3. Your note: ''no directions by public transport were provided although I sent a message to the hosts to get information I didnt get reply'' My replay: This note is the most contradictory! 1. as indicated above, besides that all the information regarding the public transport, (the bus No, route which drives to the city center) is available on the Airbnb listing (please check the page, where you’ve made the booking, where you will find the information needed). I also advised you, to avoid an inconvenient situation for any other future booking, before requiring any advice, please first check all the public information, provided by the host on the official listing. your note: ''no directions by public transport were provided although I sent a message to the hosts to get information I didnt get reply'' Let me remind you that, the infprmation for the public ransport is publicly available, Besides that, you received additional guidlance, Instead of getting sms, you had 30min conversation with the rest of the guests in the house, where they had took their time, to provide you ALL the necessary information regarding the public transport, including information for SPA resorts, based on your interests. In 30 minutes conversation, anyone would have understand how to walk 500 meters away from the house and reach the nearest bus station. Again I guess you have been a little confused, which was noticeable on the day of your arrival. Aside from your Notes, I would also like to give some argumentative Notes, considering that as a guest you had several minuses, for which I consider as important to be indicated, so you won’t repeat it with the future hosts: 1. Although, on the main entrance, we have a list of house rules, you didn’t respected. One of the rules, (I guess in very house) is, when you enter to take off the shoes, and put a slippers (available 2 pairs in the room). Besides that you’ve read, as well as we told you where to leave your shoes, you was walking inside the house with a boots on! 2. Next, you wasn’t present in the house the whole day (more than 15h), so as a host I was highly concern for your state, considering that you was first time in my country. Me, including the rest of the guests, we were all warried and text you (on Airbnb) in the middle of night, asking you whether is everything fine? Since we didn’t received any replay (message) from you, non of us, couldn’t went to slept that night, we were all wake till 3am, waiting for you, (we were pondering when you’ll come) .Luckily in the morning you was in the room, so we calmed down..after the sleepless night, worrying for you.. So my advice is, in the future, in order to avoid this inconvenience, be so kind and inform the Hosts, that you would be away more than 15h, so they wouldn’t be worrying as we were. Communication is everything, so please make sure, besides asking for information, to provide information to the Hosts, as well. Information is important for both of the sides, for you as guest, and for the host, it is two-way direction. And at the end I would add- I consider you as a nice, educated and a polite person, but one of the main values of any culture is to Say- Hello and Good buy..We didn’t heard those words from you, so no matter what country we came from, the Bon-ton is universal. Mitja is a great host. He can give you many useful advices and tell you more about this wonderful place. His home is super calm at night and accessible by public transportation. I wish I could stay longer next time. Highly recommend it!!!!
