Eugene, a writer, works from home. He'll usually be around or reachable by phone if you have any questions, but will otherwise stay out of your way unless you want to chat.

There's a small pup named Sprite living here. He's a bichon/poodle mix, so he doesn't shed and has hypoallergenic fur. He'll bark when you first come in the door, but is a total marshmallow. There's also a canary named Oliver in the kitchen, who will occasionally serenade you. If Alice is around, she can sometimes get him to sing the Imperial March from Star Wars.
I am a former creative writing professor for the University of Iowa, now living and writing in Austin, Texas. Before I switched to the humanities, though, I spent five years in physics. Between the two I worked in a hospice by day and did improv comedy by night.
My interests include the physical sciences, gender and identity politics, and narrative. My favorite place I've ever traveled is probably Positano, Italy, but I've been all over Europe, Australia, and the Caribbean. Leisure activities include reading and buying fancy nail polish. You can never have too many books, or too much fancy nail polish.
