Unfortunately, despite finding ways in the middle of the night to provide amenities and exceptions above and beyond what our listing states we offer, we had a very uncustomary experience with this guest.
Extra towels were left in the dryer for the guest. This insured us the ability to provide an early check in.
Our listing states that we do not have air conditioning. Upon learning the guest felt the bedroom was warm, and refused ceiling fans and windows, we provided an air conditioner at no extra charge.
Due to our high volume of bookings, the house is professionally cleaned multiple times per week. We have instructed our cleaning team to deep clean our fans again.

Despite having a strict cancellation policy, we offered the guest two opportunities to cancel and receive a full refund. She accepted neither.
