Our 1 BR apartment offers comfort inside and 7 acres of woods and walking trails outside. The main trail loops around a private pond fed by Hayden Brook which you can see from the deck outside your bedroom door. BBQ grill below. The living room includes a sofa bed and 32" HDTV with DVD player. The breakfast nook separates the living room from the full kitchen and full bathroom. Plenty of storage space. Washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs. Less than 2 miles from 3 public beaches.
The bedroom opens onto a 14 x 14 foot deck with comfortable chairs, a table, and a glider. Walk inside in stocking feet because the floors are warmed with radiant heat. Walk outside through fields and trees around 7 private acres. Two walking trails. The main one loops around the private pond, a wooden footbridge crossing Hayden Brook where it feeds the pond.
A hiking trail to picturesque views is only 2 miles north along Route 85, and 3 public beaches are available within 2 miles: Tassel Top and the Raymond Town Beach on Sebago Lake and another on Crescent Lake. Downhill skiing or mountain biking available at Shawnee Peak about 25 miles northwest on Route 302. Lots of dining options nearby, including Cafe Sebago, and the Fisherman's Catch here in Raymond.
My wife and I are clinical psychologists, and our private practice offices are downstairs from the apartments we rent through Olde House Raymond, LLC. We specialize in evidence-guided treatments for people struggling with anxiety and anxiety disorders. We love the outdoors - hence the bridge and the walking trails throughout the property. I'm also a movie fan. Let me know and I'll loan you some favorite DVDs for you to watch while you're here. And we love Mexican food and got lucky enough that one of the best Mexican restaurants in Maine opened up in Raymond, just a 5 minute drive from here. If you go, tell them we sent you.
