I understand your frustration, and I am sorry you had this experience with us. I want to stress this does not in anyway accurately portrait our company and what we represent as vacation rental managers. We have an excellent reputation and have over 142 /5 star ratings on Airbnb. I am sorry that you neglected to read the listing before booking it and just assumed it was a 2 bedroom with air conditioning, and decided upon arrival to call and bring up these exact things. This also leads me to believe that being careless with your researching of potential accommodations, that you may not have looked that closely at the photos as well. My photo's are accurate, my listing clearly states in two places that there is no AC, and that it is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. This unit may not have had a remodel or update in a number of years, but I assure you it is not filthy. Our housekeepers do a great job. You mention $3,000 for the week, however I would like to point out that that price is in Canadian dollars, and the accurate price in USD is closer to $2000, which for a week in Kapalua in high season/spring break is a pretty great price! Like I said to you before as a villa at Kapalua Bay the price of the unit is discounted for the reasons that it is not a new remodel, there is no AC and, it lacks an ocean view. I stated some of these things in my review, and also gave you pretty good ratings, so I genuinely am sorry you had this experience and send you much Aloha!
