Looking for an amazing stay in the rustic Michigan country side? Located in the south western heart of Manastee National Forest, the two story cottage is the getaway of a lifetime. Featuring a grill, wood stove, and a fire pit, "camping" never seemed so luxurious.
The house looks upon the woods with its western and northern creme de methe sides. The eastern side observes the large red barn, while the southern side stares at the small quaint neighborhood.
Depending on which entrance one chooses, (of which there are a total of four) one will most likely enter into the kitchen and dining area. This room also includes a lounge area or as some would call it, a living room. This portion of the room meets the south side of the home. A quite satisfactory couch sits off to one corner, a table in front of it. Across from this is a lazy boy and small auxiliary cord compatible speaker system. In between these areas of lazy comfort lies a wood stove heater. (Bundles will be available for purchase if guests wish to enjoy a satisfying blaze.) Crossing the room, an open, and bright kitchen area on the eastern side holds the amenities of a fridge/freezer, a stove top complete with oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker. All utensils, plates, and pans may be used. On the western portion, the dining table, lighted by excellent mood lights, seats seven snugly.
Moving into the play room, guests will find a fully equipped selection of old school group/family bonding activities and equipment. These include a ping pong table, complete with paddles and balls, and many board games. The play room also includes a half- bath which has a door leading to the backyard. In the north west portion of the room, French doors lead out to the patio. In the north east corner, the door to the garage stands before the soft staircase takes one to the upper level of the house.
Heading up the stairs, one is taken to a central area that all upper rooms are accessible from. A fire extinguisher is located to the left if one has just come up the stairs.
The bedroom directly across from the stairs holds a bunk bed that features a full for the lower bunk and a twin for the upper bunk. The room also has a closet that one may use.
The bathroom to the east of the stairs includes a shower, tub, toilet, and sink. Above the sink is a large vanity mirror. On the east wall is bar that stretches the entire length and may be used for damp things.
The north west upper bedroom holds a luxurious queen. A splendid view through the clear windows brightens the room.
The south west side holds two splendid twins and a quaint nightstand.
