THE GOOD: 1. Beautiful corner unit view. Very serene and nice even when it’s rainy. 2. 5 minute walk to a small shopping center that has all essentials like food court, hyper market, money services, cell phone store etc. 3. Building and grounds are very well- kept, quiet and clean. Security guards are very helpful and neighbors are friendly. 4. Host was very friendly and responds to calls/texts in a timely manner. 5. Legoland is very close. You can see it from the balcony. 6. Quick uber ride to nearby malls and restaurants. THE BAD: Unit is not properly cleaned. From first day I noticed a lot of dust on all of the surfaces. There was hair and crumbs on the floors and when I looked underneath the couches it was disgusting thick layers of dust hair and crumbs. The fridge and stove were dirty. All of the window sills were dusty as well as the shelves in the wardrobes, the TVs had thick dust front and back and even the pictures on the walls had visible dust on them. I took pics and texted Chris explaining and she apologized and sent a cleaner to clean it. The person she sent seemed to be in a rush and did the bare minimum but she got most of the surfaces and floors cleaned so I was okay. The next day after the jet lag wore off i started noticing more and more dirt, dust and unhygienic things such as toothpaste /spit stains on the walls above the sinks, soap scum on both shower doors, dead bugs in kitchen drawer and spider webs in almost every room. The pillows were also dirty with drool /sweat stains so we put some in the closet and only used the clean looking ones. Anyway, I took pics of the bugs and bathroom issues and sent to Chris. This time there was no apology and she simply said she would send someone.This time it was a different cleaner than the First Lady but she too was in a rush and said she would only clean what I sent pics of although the place needed a full cleaning. I also sent a video of ants which were in every room and she sent the lady with a can of spray. Anyway, my 2 year old son was bitten by ants more than once during our stay. The spray never worked. He has eczema allergies and developed rashes on his legs and arms probably due to all the dust there. Even after the “cleanings” there was still lots of dust under the beds, between the kitchen appliances and lots of it behind the washer. We also had huge bugs that looked like ants with wings coming in from a crevice in the balcony and there were spiders everywhere. I killed about 5 spiders during my stay and it got to the point where I just let them stay because I got tired of killing them. I wanted to...

My reputation as a host with 82% five-star reviews and an overall rating of 4.8-star rating speaks very much of my customer service oriented attitude towards all my guests. We are currently running 6 other properties and have been approached by many other property owners to work with them. While we do a thorough cleaning after and before every guest checks-in, my helper may have missed out some areas. As the stay was for a lengthy duration in a new city surrounded by new houses under construction, we apologized and obliged requests for additional cleaning. My helper spent 4 hours cleaning a 1,320 square feet apartment under the guest's supervision. Couple of days later the guest complained again which I obliged again with a different helper. I wish to highlight that at AirBnB we provide accommodation and not free housekeeping services after check-in. While the guest claimed that the Apartment was dirty and filthy, she requested for an extension of stay for another 2 months which is indeed surprising after complaining that the entire apartment was very dusty and was filled with spiders, bugs, ants and spider webs. I was taught the unethical practice to bypass AirBnB and at a further discounted rate that I would not agree to. I was requested to lease them my 'guest' car also at a rate that I cannot agree to. The guest then contacted the owner directly bypassing AirBnB and me, the Property Manager and requested for an extension which the property owner who did not oblige. With a child that has eczema allergies and after the complaints, I expected a reasonably cleaned Apartment upon checking out. I was surprised to find used children's diapers under the bed and the cleanliness was not what I expected from a family with eczema allergy.

Great place for a family stay. everything was readily available in the condo. one can just check in with only baju. everything else is there. My only gripe is the swimming pool area which is rather poorly maintained. location wise, 5min drive to Legoland. 5 min drive to Gelang Patah which has some decent seafood restaurants.

The appartment was nice, comfortable, and clean and it is surely worth the amount. The view was also super nice. Chris is also a friendly and helpful lady. I would surely book again.

It is a nice place and very comfortable to stay especially when u are with the kids. The place is very convenient and very near to Legoland and Hello Kitty land. It is also near to restaurant. Definately a place to stay again when i will be in Johor.

Very clean and cozy unit, feels like home. The host provided clean towel, tea/coffee packs, mineral water etc like hotel. Thanks to the host specially for meeting me very late to check-in due to my mis-arrangement. Location wise it's 2km away to Legoland. I recommend for family stay if you plan to visit Legoland.
