My place is close to public transport and the airport. It is good for solo adventurers and business travelers, families, lovers and friends.
The apartments can hold up to 4 people and in addition to being safe and attractive.... they are very very affordable! Just to inform you, there are stairs you must climb...

The guests are of course entitled to the exclusive use of their bedroom.
The living areas are shared with any other guest who might be sharing
the apartment.
The public spaces and the roof garden is available to all residents of the building, to relax and recreate themselves in the evenings.

occasions, such as weddings, reunions, cocktail parties, Bar Mitzvahs, etc.
We believe that with its generous rooftop gazebo, and evident beauty
all around you, this would be an excellent location for a

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT SMALL FAMILY EVENTS THAT DO NOT INVOLVE MORE THAN A TOTAL OF 15 PEOPLE, TO INCLUDE RESIDENT GUESTS AND OTHERS.

Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.

In the unlikely event of a power outage, all rooms are supplied with battery-powered light fixtures.

Water supply arrangements.
Boscobel has good water pressure most of the time.
However, in the past, there have been instances when the water supply is interrupted by the city.
To avoid inconvenience we have provided 400-gallon water tanks on the roof as your backup supply.
We ask the guests to use it very carefully as there have been times, in the past, when the water went for a day or two.
So please exercise restraint at such times.
Also, please note that, when on back-up, the water pressure in the taps is low.

We have provided a reasonable number of sheets and towels etc.
However, it is very likely that they will need to be laundered from time to time, especially for longer stays.
The responsibility to do this is upon the guest. However, if you wish to pay for extra cleaning, the laundry of the sheets and towels will be done...

Normally, between the hours of 9.00 am to 5 pm, there is no charge for checking in or out. as our apartment keys are located at an office that closes at 5.00 pm sharp

After hours, however, overtime payments become unavoidable, as someone has to be present in the apartment until the guests' arrival or departure.
Hence there is a US$10.00 charge for each late check-in or out.

Commencing November 2017, we will be providing our guests with a local phone, including a small startup credit.
This is for them to use in the event of emergencies and as a local convenience.
These phones are provided FOC, and as a gesture of goodwill and concern for our guests.
Please note carefully however that should the phone be lost or damaged while it is in the guest's possession, there will be a charge of US$100.00. There is no parking on the premises, but parking is available on the street in front of the premises.

The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking.
New cleanings are very easy to arrange!
All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first.

Wifi signal: We have a subscription with Flow which is the largest and best supplier of cable phone and internet. However, recent (July 2020) upgrades in technology have greatly improved the service we get from FLOW.

We are hoping that this problem is resolved, but we continue to watch it carefully.

Electricity is a huge expense in this big old house. We have routinely received bills exceeding US$1000.00 a month. We are "begging" our guests to have some pity on us!! It is especially galling to see all the air conditioners on full blast, and the guests are not even present in the property.
Please be informed that, in such a case, we will turn off the A/C s ourselves.

This is a quiet, almost rural area, that is lucky enough to be within reasonable reach of all of St. Mary's, and even St. Ann's attractions.
Located less than 2 minutes away from Ian Fleming Airport, it rises sharply from the shore and become the peacful scenic and respectable residential area of Boscobel.
Cool and scenic, Boscobel has been attractive to immigrants and many returning residents live here along with other middle and upper
middle-class residents.
The incidence of crime is very low, and there are several local bars and grocery shops etc where provisions can be purchased.

We have 4 branches across the Island. Since 2016 we have hosted hundreds of guests at our six properties scattered in gorgeous spots across this beautiful Island. My name is Kamran Abbas and I have been resident in Jamaica since 1984, and for the most of this time, I have been engaged in business. I do not travel much these days, but my favourite places are London, South Africa, Toronto, Vancouver and Florida. I do not like a very hectic life, but I need to wake up with an interesting and demanding day before me. I like my days to be filled with intriguing and stimulating things to think about and do. I have no single motto but have always tried to live in harmony with the values of sincerity, truthfulness, fidelity to promise, and consideration for others. The most important quality I cherish is kindness and then fairness. Let me tell you a little bit about our homes, just enough for a brief sketch. CITYLIGHTS:. A studio, not elegant, but very comfortable. Security at the gate and walking distance from beaches. Pool with its own little shop and restaurant. YACHT CLUB DAYS: Oh so elegant!! This is Located in the inner heart of the Freeport enclave. The place has two interconnected pools and a gazebo by the water's edge. LAS FUENTES: A large 3 bedrooms house in an elegant, gated community right in the heart of St. Ann tourism. Very convenient, physically gorgeous, lovely view and right in the mix of everything St. Ann. AVALON: A Villa with four bedrooms and beautiful gardens that encircle the home. There are a good-sized pool and many places to sit and walk and chat all over the property. This place, Avalon, is so easy to fall in love with... that it is just ridiculous. CASA FELIZ: This is a small five apartment complex in the gorgeous little country town of Boscobel, a few minutes away from the Ian Fleming Airport. While both attractive and safe, this is the least expensive of our listings. It enjoys a lovely view of the sea from its roof garden where there is a gazebo as well as several benches. PROMONTORY RIDGE: This is the most iconic and most grand of our properties. Standing tall, with three floors, the building towers over Valley Close and gives a truly magnificent view of city and sea and bay. It is enveloped in lush gardens that descend from it's higher places down, almost 200 feet down, to the valley floor below.. It is a really amazing place and my favourite over many years.
