Villa Mevis is located in the center of the island, at close proximity to the village Magazia. Due to its central location, it offers quick and easy access to all points of interest (beaches, villages, attractions). Situated at one of the highest spots of the island, villa Mevis also offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Lakka Bay. Surrounded by a reach rural scenery of olive groves and traditional masonry, it is the ideal destination to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed vacation.
If you want to have a nice dinner close to villa Mevis and relax away from crowded places you may visit small restaurants at Fontana village. Alternative you may visit "Erimitis" bar-restaurant to enjoy an amazing sunset. At the traditional cafe at Magazia village you may taste traditional greek beverages (coffee and tsipouro) and sweets (loukoumi).
Visitors need a car or motorbike to reach the place.
There is no public transportation visitors can use.
Getting to Paxos
Visitors can reach the island of Paxos from Hgoumenitsa, Corfu and Parga ports by ships or flying dolphins. Schedules change often so for information contact:

Daily cruises around the island by tourist boats from Sivota and Parga.

During the summer there are daily cruises to Antipaxos island. Visitors may take the boat from the village Gaios (in front of the central square).
In case you travel without a mean of transport (car, motorbike etc) you may rent a car, motorbike or bike from Gaios, Lakka or Loggos. The most common vehicle for two persons is the motorbike/scooter.
There many beautiful beaches in the island that can be reached only from the sea. You may rent a boat from Gaios, Lakka or Loggos.
I am 28 old architect, originally coming from Greece woh has been living abroad due to work or studies the past years. Beijing, Vienna, Berlin, Zurich, Athens and LA are among the places I have spent a certain amount of my life.
