The listing is accurate, and the condo is very lovely, and quiet, we enjoyed our trip- was like a home away from home.
The condo is nice and close to the water, with an outdoor pool ocean-view and a lazy river behind the condo.
The condo is in a resort, and the other buildings have amenities like saunas, indoor pools and hottubs that you can access. The closest indoor pool and hot tub is in the building directly next to this one.
It was a nice place to stay if you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy areas, it takes about 15-20 mins to drive down to Ripley's, boardwalk, etc. in light traffic. I did notice that you could take the public transit down as well, and it's not too far from a bus stop.
Things to note:
In our case Antonio was kind enough to accommodate an earlier check-in (thank goodness since it was raining and we arrived earlier than expected)
There's enough pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. however there is nothing to use for cooking and baking in the oven- so you may need to bring some of your own.
The internet is incredibly slow and inconsistent (ranges from 2-5 Mbps ish down, for a split second went up to 22 Mbps , and under 2 Mbps at one point) although the wifi has a wide range, and you can grab a signal from most anywhere on the resort. For most people this may not be an issue- however if you rely on the internet for work and are working while there like myself- this is good information to know.
The listing states that the parking is free, however there was a $10 cost at the security gate for the week when we first arrived.
